Food on Galaxy/Celebrity in General

I was on the Galaxy on March 26, and found the food to be WONDERFUL! Had fish almost every night, and loved every fish dish I had. The portions were very large, and there were nights I just couldn't eat another bite!!

 

The only difference I could see from my past 5 Celebrity cruises were the side dishes. Instead of potato baskets, and cute little tied green beans, we had mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, and LIMA BEANS! It was very different to see these on Celebrity. I'm not saying I didn't like it, just surprised to see them on my plate.
