John Held..where is he these days?

I think I read they had a baby..and I just found a website via Cruise Clues that showed the Carnival CDs for the year and I didn't see his name anywhere. Anyone know?

John Heald is now Carnival's "Brand Ambassador", so he is going around on different ships. He is currently on the Valor I believe, but will be leaving soon to welcome the Splendor into California.

He and his wife are expecting their baby in May.

John is on board the Valor. I just spoke to him this morning.

He was the CD for a few weeks and now he's helping the new CD, David... I mean Charles..., to get up to speed...

He'll be going to San Francisco after this voyage to welcome the Carnival Splendor to the west coast, then off to LA to welcome the Splendor to her new home port...

Thanks for the input. I am looking at the Splendor for the Mexico route early 2010 so hopefully he will still be on that next year too! Thanks...had him on two cruises..one of the funniest people I have ever met.
