Spa Treatments for Carnival

Carnival's website is no help.

 

Is there any place where I can find a list of exactly what spa treatments are available on Carnival Liberty and how much they cost? I can't really book in advance (like the guidebook says to do) if I don't know what's available.

According to this article you must have a fully deposited cruise to pre-book your spa treatments.

I just went onto my reservation on Carnival and there is a place to book Spa appointments...hmmmm....now I might have to pre-book one LOL
