From what I have learned (I'm not a professional on the subject), if you EAT in the port - off the ship - you might want to get Hep A ... & maybe typhoid (but I've heard contradictory recommendations on that one).

 

We all got our Hep A last week. I figured there's a slim chance you can get that one here in the US (we eat out a lot) so (once we get our boosters) we're covered for a good long time.

 

But you are not required to have any vaccines.

If you are up to date in your vaccinations you will be fine. Twinrix Hep A + B is a good idea everywhere even at home.
