mii Posted March 23, 2009 #2 Share Posted March 23, 2009 I drink sparkly water/seltzer with dinner. Is it available on Princess? Any other non-alcoholic drinks that are tasty??Thanks Yes it is available. Also if you like diet soda the Sprite Zero to me is excellent. Tastes just like seven-up. Also they do have "virgin" cocktails that are pretty good. Marilyn

Barbara now that question I am really not sure of as I do not get the soda card. Maybe someone else will come on and answer that one. Or do a search on soda cards. There might be a list of what is covered. I do know that Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite etc is covered. Not sure about seltzer. Marilyn
CandCrew Posted March 23, 2009 #5 Share Posted March 23, 2009 Barbara--I haven't looked for my post RE: soda cards but I did ask if club soda would be "free" like with water/tea/coffee/lemonade (the "syrup" based tea and coffee and lemonade at the buffet) or would be considered like soda and was told by many seasoned crusiers that it would fall under the "soda" category. Since seltzer/club soda are the same thing, it would be covered under the soda card. I'm still debating on getting the card. I love club soda with fresh citrus but I don't know if I'd drink enough to justify $30+ in 7-days. Plus, as far as I know, the ships don't serve Coke Zero. Now if they served both, it'd be a no brainer for me ;).
Joa Posted March 23, 2009 #6 Share Posted March 23, 2009 I drink sparkly water/seltzer with dinner. Is it available on Princess? Any other non-alcoholic drinks that are tasty??Thanks Hi I find coke and many of the other soft drinks too sweet to drink many of, but love soda with a dash of angastura bitters really pleasant and more grown up. Just a dash though as the angastura bitter is strong.

jfv379 Posted March 23, 2009 #8 Share Posted March 23, 2009 Club soda is covered under the soda card. I drink this and thought the soda card worth the cost. The funny part is, if you drink something like Cognac and ask for a club soda backer, they don't charge you for the soda. I think I remember seeing a non alcoholic wine on the wine list; however, I tried one of these one time and couldn't even finish the glass.
EdSails Posted March 26, 2009 #9 Share Posted March 26, 2009 I drink sparkly water/seltzer with dinner. Is it available on Princess? Any other non-alcoholic drinks that are tasty??Thanks Barbara, Since I got DW hooked on seltzer we go through it by the case. We have gotten it with the soda card------unfortunately they consider it a "drink" too. The upside is we can order it even at the shows. Hopefully they have enough to cover us on the IP next month!
