Is there a laundry room on this ship for me to go and wash/dry and iron clothes? I mainly want a dryer and iron. I like to throw clothes in the dryer to get the wrinkles out.

Any hints/tips about anything you can think about ththis ship appreciated about this ship.

I just checked my favorite site of sources (not sure I can post here) but yes, Sensation does have laundry facilities. I am sure if they have laundromats, they have irons too.

Unless they have changed it recently, there are not hairdryers in the rooms on Sensation

Yes there is, we did Back 2 back on the Sensation back in 2006, in between arriving back at Port Canaveral and leaving again we did laundry since the ship was empty except us and the crew :D:D

On the Fantasy Class ships, there is 2 self service laundry. Upper Deck across from U154 and Empress Deck across from E2

Just make sure to try and iron your clothes first thing since waiting to do it for the Formal Attire night is NOT RECOMMENDED!! :(

We love Sensation as well as Glory (as you can tell by my signature). We were first on Fantasy which is a sister to Sensation, but since then Sensation has become a friend. I did not like the dining room dining. we prefer a private table for our family of 3, but we were placed with another family of three. All or most all tables are 6 ppl or more. If it were not for my daughter, we would have not eaten in the main dining room. My husband prefers the Buffett.

 

The casino is smaller than the larer ships, but not by much. The night life is basically the same. This is the ship we saw the 80's reiew show on. it was great. Only show we have actually set through.

 

Sensation has the new water park on Lido deck. We have not been on her since it was installed mainly due to the fact that our fall cruise cost extra this year because it is 8 days and travel time and hotel cost takes the extra.

 

Sensation is on my list for next spring if I can get it cheap enough as we are doing a July and September cruise next year as well.

 

The decor is a purple theme, but it is pleasent for me to look at as I love that color.
