Need phone number to redeem points

I would like to redeem points on my MBNA Royal Caribbean Credit Card. I tried calling 1-800-421-2110 but I only get a recording telling me my balance and when my last payment was made. Is there another number to call to redeem your points.

The number is correct. Dial "0" during the call, and you will get a real live person. I requested a coupon the November 18th and received it on the 26th. Good luck!!
