Help please w/ excursions - first time cruisers

:rolleyes: This is our first cruise. We are going to the western carribbean. want to do some fun excursions. any suggestions? should we do through ship or on our own.

 

dune buggy and beach safari? bike and kayak? any good private beach? any help would be appreciated.

What ports will you visiting? If it's Costa Maya (guessing since you're on this thread), I can't offer any specifics as next week will be our first time there. I'll try to get back to you post cruise with any worthwhile info?

 

As for tours in general, we've had good luck with booking independents we've found through this message board. Much more personalized attention and less money... a win-win situation.
