Question about NCL Dawn - star gazing spot

We cruised on NCL's Pearl last winter and my DH loved looking at the stars at night from the great outdoors, where there was less light pollution then the other outside decks. I know the Dawn doesn't have a great outdoors dining area, but is there a public place on the ship, preferably in the very front or back, where the lights are more dim so he can do his observing? If not, I guess our next cruise will be on Pearl, eastern caribbean rather than the Dawn southern caribbean, as I would prefer. I know an aft balcony room would work, but they are hard to get and we wanted to be more economical this time.
