Parking/Hotels in Miami

I know this has been asked a MILLION times, but I'm going to ask because I couldn'd find anything. What hotels are recommended to stay at near the Port of Miami that allow you to keep your car there during your cruise? I know there's a few out there, but I can't remember the names. Thanks in advance :)

Most hotels in Miami, near the port, seem to charge for parking.

We are staying at the Laquinta, Miami airport east in September. Received a good price for Miami. We can park there for free and they will shuttle us TO the port. Our drivers will take a taxi back after the cruise and pick the rest of us up at the port. To many in the group to taxi back it would cost a fortune.

 

The web-site says it is 4 miles from Baystreet Market where we are going for dinner the night before the cruise.
