FredTracie Posted April 4, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 4, 2009 We have just returned from a very enjoyable cruise and during our Lattitudes party we were able to ask the Executive Chef a question. The question was "we understand that NCL's food service is fleetwide, but are you as the Executive Chef allowed to put "your signature" on any of the dishes served on the ship?? The answer was "not up until this point", but NCL is going to change this policy and allow us to put our "personal signature" on some dishes! This should be a very positive change and personally speaking...Something to look Forward To! Cheers F&T
nlt46 Posted April 5, 2009 #2 Share Posted April 5, 2009 That sounds great. Thanks for sharing the info. I look forward to that time. Every chef has a speciality. Nancy
terrymtex01 Posted April 5, 2009 #3 Share Posted April 5, 2009 I save bravo or brava which ever the case maybe. Great idea of NCL to allow their very qualified chefs some lattitude (no pun intended).
