There is no set way and naming specific websites and TA's are not allowed here on CC.

 

I'd suggest you hunt around and see what TA's/websites are offering the best price now. Also, keep note of what NCL is charging for the exact accomodation on their website. Then, check NCL's website daily to see if/when the price drops. When it is at a level that you like, call the TA back and grab it.

You probably know this already, but don't forget the following:

 

1/ to let them know if anyone in your party is a union member.

 

2/ that either of you may have cruised with them in the past.

 

3/ for them to check to see if any credit card promos...
