Back to Back Question.....

We just got off our Valor cruise a few days ago and considering taking a short back to back cruise. If we do a 3 day, and back to back 4 day, for a total of 7 days.....does it count as 2 cruises?

One of the platinum people on our ship said they took short ones to reach their platinum status. I was under the assumption it was for 7 days or more. Obviously I was really mistaken. Thanks for your help.

Yep...two cruises.

We did a 4 day and then a 5 day on the Destiny last October. It's great to be the last off the ship and then the first back on. It depends on the port, but you will either be escorted by the purser through customs and then right back on, OR it will all be taken care of on board.

We've done that before and yes it is a great way to reach platinum, isn't really fair to those whose cruise lasts 7 days but we don't make the rules. Its also really nice to know the cruise isnt ending for you like it is everyone else. Try to get the same room so that you only have to unpack once.
