NJCONVCRS Posted April 7, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 7, 2009 Does anyone know how strict NCL is with the age limits in the kid's club? I would like to go on vacation when my twins are 22 months old, 2 shy of the 2 year requirement for the Juniors (Ages 2-5). If they are allowed in the program, then I would consider a cruise, otherwise, I'll do some land based vacation and cruise next year when they are about 3. I have a lot of vouchers from the old credit card program that I need use, but I do have plenty of time to both book and cruise, so there is no reason to rush into it and make a mistake. JerseyMom Posted April 7, 2009 #2 Share Posted April 7, 2009 It's been my experience that they are very strict. Last year my son was 2 weeks shy of 13 and they would not let him join the teen club. I don't suppose it could hurt to ask though. Good luck.

NCL's insurance doesn't cover them for under 2 year olds in the Kids program. Any employee who violates this rule won't be an employee very long. They are there fore very strict about this. Brennbob Posted April 7, 2009 #4 Share Posted April 7, 2009 From what I have heard they are very strict when it comes to the age requirements. Speaking from a mom who has taken a child to young to go in the Kids Club, WAIT!! This year will be our first that our 2 yr old DD can go to the Club and we are hoping that she will behave enough to go to the Club and that is just so that her father and I can have a little adult fun. So yes I suggest you wait only for your sake.(And that is double with twins).
NJCONVCRS Posted April 7, 2009 Author #5 Share Posted April 7, 2009 Thanks to all of you with such quick replies. I guess we'll do land this year and cruise next because while we might want some adult fun, we really need some rest . You can't relax on cruise with two toddlers running all over the place on the pool deck all day.
