Zipline

We've been on several Alaskan cruises before but have never ziplined. Which is better: Ketchikan or Juneau??

I can't provide first hand response to that question but on a Celebrity cruise to Alaska, we had a stop at Icy Point Strait.

It was claimed that the zip line there was the longest in the world. It was 5330 feet long with a vertical drop of 1300 feet. It is six cables wide and is as high as 300 feet above open ground. All told, about 1.5 minutes long.

I heard Hoonna was too short and besides, we dont stop there! Im thinking we'll do the zipline in Juneau. We're all booked for Sitka and are on a little bit of a budget this year so we are looking for one more excursion.
