Laptop,Cablevision internet(optimum) and outlook or incredimail

I thought I might give some hope for people in my area that like to use their own email programs on their own laptops while on a Princess ship ( or any other place away from home for that matter). Last year I was on the Dawn Princess and it was the first time I brought my own laptop. I hated having to use yahoo for my emails as it was time consuming and ate up huge amounts of my minutes. Tonight I called Cablevision and asked if there was a way I could use my own email program. The technician set me up remotely on my laptop so I can now use that email program from any wifi area. It will be so nice to compose my mail offline without costing me bucks. So anywone interested in this...give Cablevision a call and they will gladly help you set it up. I just hope this is of use to some of you nice people out there:)
