Luggage trolley at the Miami port?

Sailing on the Majesty and wondered if their are luggage trolleys (like the kind they have a airports) at the port of Miami.

 

We need to bring some equipment (this is a business trip cruise) OFF the ship which must be carry-on, not given to the porters. Not a problem getting it ON the ship as it is being delivered by a local Miami service.

I´m not familliar with the port facilities at Miami, but I´ve never seen luggage trolleys at any debarkation port I´ve arrived at.
