eandj Posted April 9, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 9, 2009 Could someone give me a link to the letter one needs signed and certified by a joint legal custody parent? My 4 year old granddaughter's dad and his new wife might be taking her cruising in June. I have no clue as to where yet, but thought the letter should be taken care of ahead of time. Would rather not go to an atty to draw it up if it's a simple form. The parent's don't get along and this may take some discussion between the two of them. Thanks. mom2girls Posted April 9, 2009 #3 Share Posted April 9, 2009 When I go with my girls I always write where we're going and when. For example, To Whom It May Concern, I, ______________ give___________________ permission to take our children___________________ on the Carnival Sensation to the Bahamas from March 29th - April 2, 2009. If you have any questions please call me at:________________________ Sincerely, _______________________ Then, he takes this letter to be notarized. (I just put my last cruise in for the cruise info, obviously you would substiture your information. I hope this helps.
