Kids and sign and sail card.

Can you put a monetary limit on their card? Or can you have the card blocked from charging?

You can do both...

If you put cash in their Sail & Sign it's up to them to use it responsibly and once it's gone it's gone unless you elect to add additional money at the Purser's Desk...

If there are no charging privileges associated with the card it becomes a room key and method of getting on and off the ship and little else...

You can do either one. Our first cruise with the kids we blocked them completly. I got tired of giving a few dollars for the game room so the second cruise we gave them 10.00 a day for game room money. If they wanted anything else they had to ask us.
