Best snorkeling in PV, Cabo, and Mazatlan?

We would suggest Cabo, a Catamaran tour, 4 hours, nice way to see Cabo's beautiful bay, and do a little snorkel. We suggest a catamaran tour from a vendor below.

Or bring your own gear and just burn 1 hour (instead of 4) and minimal $$, and "No Fear" it at the rocks near Lovers Beach (rear of pic), a get a water taxi tour around the bay for minimal $, have them drop you off at medano beach, and walk back via the Marina, and see some sights

If you have ever snorkled in the Carribean you are in for a big let down in the Mexican Riviera. We just got back, visibility is very minimal and Spring time is just too early. The water is very cold.
