Diving in Samana?

Anyone ever scuba dived in Samana? Our ship (Norwegian Pearl) offers a two tank dive for a little over $100. Just curious if anyone's ever dived around Samana or can recommend a dive shop who will work with cruise ship visitors. Thanks.

There is a NEW Dive Shop that just opened in October 2011 at the Port of Samana, Dominican Republic.

I am pretty sure that they will service Cruise Ship Visitors coming to Samana for the day.

 

The Dive Shop is called OZEANIC CARIBBEAN & H2O and it's owned by a German man called Manfred Kellerman.
