Airport shuttle to Fairmont Waterfront, then Sea Bus to N Van?

When I pull up a Google Map, it looks as though it is about a block from the Fairmont Waterfront to the Sea Bus location. Is that correct? Is it an easy enough walk for someone with 2 suitcases, or are there stairs, hills, etc involved? I'm thinking about taking the airport shuttle to the FW. Will this plan work, or will I hate myself? :D

If you can manage your luggage you will be just fine, it is a short block, it is level and there are elevators and escalators in the station. You will need to pay your fare in CDN but the fare machines do accept credit cards and debit cards.
