Breakfast at Bayside Marketplace?

We've always stayed at the Holiday Inn right across from Bayside Market. Several of the fast food vendors upstairs at Bayside are open for breakfast with anything from danish to egss, pancakes, bacon, etc. Don't know about the sit-down restaurants. The Holiday Inn has a nice brakfast buffet for a reasonable price.

When we cruised in March 2003, we stayed at the Hyatt and walked to Bayside on Sunday morning around 7:30 a.m. or so. There is a Starbucks which believe it or not, was packed even at that hour. We went upstairs to the food court and there were a few places open for breakfast. Plenty of choices including eggs, bacon, etc., as well as pastries, muffins, etc. which is just enough to tie you over until you are on the sip! Great time to just relax and walk around with no crowds and of course, enjoy the fabulous Miami sky line! It was amazing that come 9:00 a.m. or so, lots of people came from the airport with luggage as well as lots of cruisers just hanging out waiting to go to port. It's a fabulous way to start your vacation...Bayside is excellent!
