My FIRST Ocean View

My wife and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary and we upgraded to a 6D on Carnival Liberty. Has anyone stayed in one of these on the back of the ship? Was is a good upgrade?

We had an AFT 6E on the Sensation and it actually was nice to have daylight in the room, to look back at the wake while cruising, and to see part of the port while docked. Ken

Just wondering what date and ship you are on, and what you were upgraded from? We have a guarantee for June 14, Valor, and are hoping for an upgrade! I don't have the nerve to check on it yet!!!!

I have never done an inside and had my first OV just recently on the Fantasy.

I can tell you that you'll love having a view of the sea from your cabin. There's something special about being able to look out and watch the sea go by in the comfort of your cabin that just can't be beat!

We went on our honeymoon cruise (15 yrs ago) on the Sensation. Met a really nice couple who had an aft ocean view room. They loved it and told us how great it was. We, too, are sailing on the Liberty and when we booked, our PVP told us about the 9A wrap around balconies. We bit the bullet and went for it. I am so excited, it cannot come fast enough. Enjoy your cruise and view, I know we will.
