Royal C Interior sleeping arrangements with 2 toddlers?

Hi,

Can you please let me know how this might work? We have been told that there are 2 'shelf' type beds in the room, but that they're unsuitable for children... Our kids are 3 and 2 and our first cruise is in May.

Is this true?

Should we consider air-mattresses for them?

Thanks,

Julie

I haven't been on RCCL yet, but we've been sailing with our DS since he was 3.5 and he's two weeks shy of turning 8. At 3.5, he did sleep in the pullman berth. It had a railing that folded up when the bed was pulled down. He did fine, I just made sure one of us was standing behind him when he went up and down the ladder, which he thought was great fun!

However, since you have two children that are young, you might want to look into a cabin that has a pull-out sofa. There's really not much room on the floor, especially in inside cabins. there is a family cruising board that may be much more helpful in answering this for you.
