We have made advance reservations 2 times and never received Email confirmation. However, once onboard, we checked and all was set. I wouldn't expect a reply.

Yeah I made reservations too and didn't get an e-mail confirmation.

I've made reservations online twice and received an e-mail confirmation withihn 24 hours each time. If it were me, I'd call Carnival just for piece of mind.
