jbank Posted April 27, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 27, 2009 Leaving on the Glory in 19 days, and want to know what can we do in Belize? Have heard the city is not safe, and we really like to do things on our own, but have doubts now. Help!
afcj1 Posted April 27, 2009 #2 Share Posted April 27, 2009 A bunch of us went cave tubing and it was great. If you haven't already, you might want to visit the Belize/Ports of Call for other suggestions. There's tons of info there.

PACURN Posted April 28, 2009 #6 Share Posted April 28, 2009 I have also gone cave tubing. It was alot of fun. There are also several Mayan ruins that can be visited. Check out Island Marketing. They have alot of tours for Belize. I used them for tubing, No worries at all,
Mike2131 Posted April 30, 2009 #7 Share Posted April 30, 2009 This was a great excursion. Mayan history (with an Indiana Jones feel to the trip and ruins), a nice boat ride on the New River, and Howler Monkeys in the the trees while you walk the ruins. Definitely recommended.
