Best short excursion before heading to beach?

We are being redirected to Montego Bay because of the swine flu. I'm looking for recommendation for a short excursion to experience the best of Monbay before we head to Sunset Beach Resort for the day. What is the "do not miss" excursion?? Thanks so much!

Most of the excursions are site specific, ie, Dunns River Falls, etc.

Carnival does offer a tour for $39/pp that includes local history, a drive around town and a stop at a local shopping area.

I'd pass if I were you and just enjoy Sunset Beach. You can shop in the cruise terminal when you return and get the same stuff you can get in town at pretty much the same price...
