Autonoz Posted May 6, 2009 #1 Share Posted May 6, 2009 OK, those who have decided to stay the course and cruise the Splendor, let's all brainstorm and come up with ways to make this a cruise to remember. If you have ideas on things to do on and off the ship post them here. We have never been to BC so we are in need of touristy things to do.

Autonoz Posted May 6, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted May 6, 2009 Found this on another thread: www.adrenalinezip.com This looks promising as we were looking at doing this in Mexico. There is also a tree top suspended bridge tour in Vancouver I believe. The zip looks like more fun though. Also If you have never been to a rain forest, there is one in one close by. btorlv Posted May 6, 2009 #6 Share Posted May 6, 2009 We are doing the gardens and the town in Vic and will rent bikes in Vancouver and tour Stanley park and down town. We dont mind the switch and will have fun no matter what.
Autonoz Posted May 6, 2009 Author #7 Share Posted May 6, 2009 http://www.capbridge.com/rates_information/index.html Might be worth checking out...now if only they had a beer vendor walking around selling caronas!! They could sell the extreme tree top excursion. Your blood alcohol level must be .1 or higher. This could make the bridges a little harder to negotiate.:D
Amber F Posted May 6, 2009 #8 Share Posted May 6, 2009 I looked at this, but it looks quite a ways away from the harbor. Anyone know exactly where the ships dock? I have only been to Victoria, never Vancouver.
