Mariner Questions Teen Area

We are booked for the Mariner in June and have been looking over the deck plans.

Now, I have a question about the Teen area it looks huge just for them to have their on place. Now take in the fact that I was as well one day a teen and also had teens and am very young at heart.

Just wondering do most of the teens use this area and leave the rest of the ship to the adults?

It is a very large area. We cruised last June and there were a LOT of teens on board, including our two. The area was much used, but there was a lot of "spill over" of teens into the other areas of the ship. I heard some of the bartenders saying that a lot of the older ones would hang out in the adult bars and beg for drinks. Most were well behaved, but we did witness some obnoxious and inappropriate behaviour. i guess that can be expected with that many people on board.:cool:
