Victoria from 7 - 12am Friday

our cruise will be stopping in victoria at night on june 12th. i tried researching things to do but seems like everything is closed after 6pm. does anyone have any suggestions on things to do? we are up for anything. we were thinking of walking around inner harbor but not sure if that will take more than couple of hours.

You may want to consider a horse drawn carriage excursion, perhaps a walk thru the famous Empress Hotel, a walk on Government Street or just enjoy the buskers on the causeway of the Inner Harbour. You ship ties up at Ogden Point which is about a 15/20 min walk into the Inner Harbour area...it walk is pleasant and safe or you can take a shuttle for about $6 rtn.

There are lots of bars and restaurants around the Inner Harbour, which is a very charming area even if you're just strolling around. I believer there's even a brewpub there, if you like good beers :rolleyes:

We usually book a ship tour to Butchart Gardens. I generally book independent, but with a very short port time, I book the ship tour. Butchart Gardens is beautiful and lit at night.
