I am going on a 5 night to canada in June and just wondering how hard it is to get a table for 2. Are there a lot of them? what time does the maitre d open? Is there one in each restaurant?

I don't know about the availability of the tables .... but there are tables for two in both dining rooms. The Aft Dining room (Paris) is where they have open seating for breakfast and lunch (in addition to the formal dinner each night). Oh, and during our evening in San Juan, they closed the London dining room (where we normally ate) and had open seating in Paris. We got a table for 2 there with no problem either.

We sat at tables for 2 several times during the open seating periods. We were with a larger group so we didn't request a small table for dinner.

Each dining room had a Maitre D. As soon as you get to your room, check the Capers for time to visit Maitre D to make requests. It was from 12-2 on embarkment day on our cruise.
