Chefs Table Dinner

I was just curious if anyone had recommendations on how I would go about reserving a spot at one of these dinners. Do I just go make a reservation somewhere when I get on the ship? From the reviews, the dinner is spectacular. I will be on the Ruby Princess.

As soon as you're on board, find a phone and call the 'dine' line to

make a reservation. If you can't get into your cabin, try for a

house phone.

When we were on the Dawn last year, we just went to the dining

room as soon as it opened in the afternoon (we were 3rd in line)

and saw the maitre'd and made a reservation. I think this year

on the Star, we'll make the call then also go to the dining room

to make a reservation in person.

We had a FABULOUS Chef's Table on the Dawn and cannot wait

to do it again on the Star...worth every penny!

We phoned the DINE line as soon as we got on. They told us to hold off until the next morning. I phoned right at 8AM. We got in.

They did hold 2 Chef's Table sessions during our 18 Day cruise handling 8 people each. The menu's for the 2 session were entirely different. We loved ours and we know some fellow CC'ers who were on the other one. They loved thier session as well.

This is one I would do again on another cruise.
