Click on the Royal Caribbean ROLL CALL Forums on the upper left part of the screen when you're in the Royal Caribbean section. Then click on the ship you are on, then look for one with your date. If there isn't one, you can start one. On the upper right, you can click on Register for a Meet & Mingle.
