I am looking for a catamaran excursion for this stop that possibly includes drinks/food/beach break... any recommendations? I have been on the sail/snorkel cruise through carnival but it wasn't in my opinion the best. I was just on one in barbados and had so much fun so i'm hoping to find another one like it. Thanks!

haven't been on the boards in a while- so just saw this post and wanted to give you the name of the co we used last spring - it was Tucan Tri-Maran Sailing Adventure and they were absolutely great!!! They only book a max of 16 people - you get to snorkel; go to a beach, have lunch that is cooked on the boat, with fish that you catch if anyone on the boat chooses to fish that day, and if weather permits they let people spinnaker ride which is similar to parasailing. It was an awesome trip for our family of 6 and another family of 4 that went with us. We had 6 kids betweeen the ages of 15 and 9 and we all a a great time. The cost was VERY VERY reasonable - check out their web page - hopefully they are still doing business - Dan is the owner and they were great. If you have any questions - just ask. here is their address: http://www.cozumelsailing.com/adven.html

Our group did the Fury Catamaran and it was a blast! Snorkeling, music, dancing, all the beer you could drink and a great ride and great time on the beach. I will say that it is definitely a party atmosphere, so if you are looking for a little bit more calm, this would probably not be for you. There was not any bad stuff going on, just people having a blast, singing and dancing and enjoying the day.
