Not sure which program you are looking for Atlantis or Blue Lagoon I prefer the blue Lagoon programs. You can find the details at Www.dolphinencounters.com You should book quickly as these fill up. There are two dolphin companies and both need to be booked far in advance. Blue Lagoon which is the oldest and a natural habitat (www.dolphinencouters.com) and Atlantis - Dolphin Cay - which is a manmade set up. I think Carnival books Atlantis.. but you might want to look into them both. There's a big difference between them.. reviews vary significantly.
