Pools On Explorer with 13 & 7 year-old

Recommended Posts

I have sailed the Explorer in the past. But this Summer will be doing so with a 7 and 13 year-old. I know the childrens pool area is off the aft..which means we may have to "split" up during parts of the day so that the 7 year-old can enjoy the wonderful children's pool area. My questions is....will the 13 year-old be able to assist or enter the water with the 7year-old? Will the 13 year-old be able to take him down the water slide or wade next to him?

We really had to see our 13 yrear-old "sweat it out" and not be able to enter the pool 1/2 the day because the 7 year-old wants to be at the children's pool.

Any thoughts or feedback??

Thanks!;)
