I need help finding my cabin number on HAL site.

Since I have already printed out my boarding pass I'm wondering if that is why I can't seem to access the page that shows the cabin. Last time I saw it was guaranteed. I've read that people keep checking to see when a cabin number is assigned.

Where do I get that info? I thought it was with the on line check in.

Thanks for your help.

Yes, that is where it would show. Sounds like they haven't assigned it yet. How far are you away from sailing? Sometimes it isn't assigned until the pier.

I sail on June 12.

I can't even get to the page that showed the original room as guaranteed. When I go to the on line page it doesn't let me do anything but update.

After you log in to HAL website and enter your booking #, you should be able to see your room # (or "guar) where your name and booking # appear. We received our room assignment 10 days before departure.

It's still pretty early to get your assignment. If all else fails you can always phone HAL about a week before and if it's assigned they can tell you.
