Beach Fun?????

Looking for a nice clean beach for 14 & 13 year olds to snorkel and just sit on the beach in St. Thomas. Not too pricey. (with restrooms) Any suggestions Please.

Good snorkeling from shore... Sapphire, Coki, Cowpet, Secret Harbor. All have restrooms, they vary for example at Coki its a public restroom type deal and has good and bad days, at Sapphire it was a restaurant restroom but the restaurant is closed so the restroom doesn't get as much attention (repairs, cleaning) like it did so it has good and bad days, Secret Habor and Cowpet they are restaurant restrooms and kept up accordingly.
