Good address or phone # for Guest Relations at Carnival?

I know this has been posted many times before...does anyone have a good address or phone number for someone who really cares at Carnival. I am so tired of dealing with people at the 1-800 #, who could care less if I hang up happy or not. I love Carnival, but really feel as though I got the shaft when booking my June 7th cruise. Would like to talk to someone who might actually do something about it. (BTW- This has nothing to do with the itinerary change, I actually am pleased with that.) Thanks! :)
