A beautiful fun park in sitka to take my 3 & 4 year old kids?

We have a whole day in Sitka (8 am to 5 pm) and I would like to take my 3 & 4 year old out to a beach, a park, or a trail that is really beautiful and they could just run around and explore. Can anyone recommend anyplace that has neat tidepools, waterfalls, fun playground in a pretty area, or a place for a picnic, or anything like this for me? We will probably be renting a car, so we can go wherever. Thanks so much for any ideas! :):)

Totem park is a beautiful place. The paths are wide and flat. Many totems to see and lots of green meadow type places that might be nice for a picnic. You can see and hear lots of bald eagles.
