Green Angel Gardens, Juneau

I have read delighted comments by people who have visited the Green Angel Gardens (just outside Juneau, on the way to the Mendenhall Glacier). THESE GARDENS ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE BETTER-KNOWN GLACIER GARDENS. Our Star Princess cruise lists a tour that visits the Green Angel Gardens as a stop on a larger tour of Juneau and the Mendenhall Glacier, but if possible I'd like just to visit the gardens. Does anyone know anything about when the Green Angel Gardens are open, and whether you can visit them as a private individual? There are no hours listed on their website, and they don't reply to e-mails sent to the address posted on the website :confused:
