Stay connected at sea - phone services

Hi

does anyone have any suggestions for what would be the best way to get the phone services on the following islands:

George Cayman island ( George Town)

Ocho Rios, Jamaica

Roatan in Honduras

 

I'm looking for suggestions on what should I do to get cheapest phone option working for me on these islands.

 

I do have the pay as you go with AT&T and will follow up with them, but it seems that i may not be able to use their services from these islands to call Canada, and it will work only if I call to US.

 

Any ideas?

 

I guess the phone services on the Carnival Liberty will be expensive for me?

What is the best way to stay connected with Canada while I'm at sea or on these islands? I don't mean the internet option.
