artymis77 Posted June 4, 2009 #2 Share Posted June 4, 2009 You can only book online through Island Marketing. Just google Island Marketing Cozumel and they will come up. Adults are $49 for the all inclusive package (food and drink). You are only required to pay a $12 pp deposit, and pay the balance in cash at the door when you arrive. Also, there are options on the Island Marketing website for things like parasailing, snorkeling, massages, etc. Hope that helps.

Now one more question: do I need to get local currency, or will they accept US dollars/travelers cheques? Thanks again, Elena:)
Nanatochase Posted June 4, 2009 #6 Share Posted June 4, 2009 I don't know about traveler's checks, I believe you can only pay in cash. And yes USD.

Now one more question: do I need to get local currency, or will they accept US dollars/travelers cheques? Thanks again, Elena:) I know NantoChase beat me to the question, but in my experience going to Mexico, they LOVE US dollars, and seem to prefer them to pesos. Have a great trip! :)

Now one more question: do I need to get local currency, or will they accept US dollars/travelers cheques? Thanks again, Elena:) Sorry, I lied. I have one other question. Do they give you towels on the beach, or do you need to bring ship towels? Thanks, Elena:D
big_schots Posted June 8, 2009 #10 Share Posted June 8, 2009 Sorry, I lied. I have one other question. Do they give you towels on the beach, or do you need to bring ship towels? Thanks, Elena:D You will need to bring your own towels. There were quite a few "purple" Carnival towels lining the beach chairs. I brought a couple of cheap Wal Mart towels with us that worked out well.
