If I'm not wrong, and she does dock there on our upcoming cruise, Ballantyne Pier.

Yes, Radiance does dock at Ballantyne which is in a commercial port area with not much around.

Yes, you will need a taxi. It's not to far, maybe a 5 minute ride.

Yes, the trick is crossing over the railroad tracks on foot, rolling and carrying your luggage. It seems a ride in some vehicle is necessary.
