I actually first had one of these in the USA. Lovely drink. very sweet

 

southern comfort, orange juice, sloe gin, ameretto if i remember correctly. very tasty:cool:

 

other than that - work your way, in alphabetical order, through the cocktial menu............

always worth trying the cocktail of the day, as they are good value, especially the larger versions avaliable in the deck bars
