Are the central balconies on the Radience extended?

Hi,
I just booked room 7092 on the Radience. It is on the section near that external elevator where the ship rounds out. The deckplans make it look like the balconies are a lot bigger in that area. Is this true?

No they are really not bigger, maybe very slightly at the most.

The balconies are bigger around the elevators. We were in 8102 on the Serenade which has a slightly bigger balcony than your room but the balcony was huge!!!. My dad estimated that it was 15 feet long at the longest point. We spent hours out there because there was more room out there than in our room and we were on a chilly transatlantic cruise. It was wonderful and I would pick that room again.

Rebecca1: I'm booked in the same cabin, 8102, on Serenade for 5/30/04! Is there anything else you can share with me pertaining to that cabin? There are 3 of us, so I'll be sleeping on the sofabed. I moved our reservation from 8034 to 8102 when I saw it was available, primarily for the larger balcony and the proximity to elevators. I'd appreciate any positive and negative tips you can provide! Thanks in advance.
