Hi everyone,

 

I just wanted to give an update on my C&A credit situation. I upgraded from a balcony to a JS at the pier on my last cruise. When I called C&A to check on the cruise credits, it still showed me as being in a regular balcony. I was asked to fax in my Seapass information and they would get back to me.

 

I called today to follow up. To make a long story short, they did credit us with 2 C&A credits. We had to provide copies of our seapasses and our folio numbers.

 

So...if you upgrade to a JS at the pier, you will get the extra credit, but you may have to call C&A later on to make sure it's entered properly. Just wanted to share for those of you who do this in the future.
