Freedom of the Seas - DVD

Hello.

 

My family and I went on FOS last month and had a great time. On the last night, Richard Spacey the cruise director, said "Make sure you purchase the DVD of the cruise, you'll love it!"

 

Well, we went to the photo kiosk and asked for a DVD. The guy looked at us like we were from Mars. He had my brother scrawl his name and address on a scrap of paper lying around, and said the DVD ($30) would be mailed to us in a week or two. The whole encounter seemed rather odd to me.

 

Anyway, it's been over a month and no DVD. My brother has been on the phone with RCI a number of times, and no one seems to know what they're doing. The last story he got was that the DVD-making equipment had problems with lines showing up in the video, so they had to re-do the DVD. They said we'd have it in a week. Well, they've said that a number of times, so we don't know what to believe.

 

Anyone else out there had this problem?
