Victoria at night with kids

We are docked in Victoria for just a short while 6ish? to midnight. Is there something fun to do with the kids for just a few hours here? We are pretty open to anything! Thanks!

What age are the kids - that should help some of the locals give you some suggestions.

Depending on the age of the children I would suggest a visit to Miniature World, the Royal BC Museum if you are there on a Friday or Saturday on other days it closes at 5 pm, there are the buskers on the causeway in front of the Empress Hotel and you may enjoy a horse drawn carriage ride. Last but not least there are the whale excursions.

Thanks for the great ideas! The kids are 11,9 and 6. Any more ideas or changes to the above with knowing the ages?

I don't have kids so I am a poor one to offer advice too on that question.

The Royal BC Museum is one of the finest museaums I have ever seen. If you're there on a Fri or Sat night, that would be my suggestion. If I remember right, there are tide pools and other "kid friendly" areas that would be enjoyable. We were living in Victoria when the museum first opened and we were in awe. It has only improved with age.
